Shipment

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days, for shipments outside Germany it can take 2-5 working days.

How much are the shipping costs and to which countries does it ship?

We deliver worldwide and free of charge for purchases over 100€.

There are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU, but you may be charged these outside the EU.

Please note that there are different regulations regarding import sales tax and customs duties depending on the country and you will have to bear these fees.

How quickly will my order be processed?

All orders are usually handed over to our shipping center and then to the German Post Office within 24 hours. You will receive a corresponding notification by email to the email address you provided.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped as a parcel with tracking.

When purchasing

Is there a minimum order value?

No.

I didn't receive an order confirmation.

After placing an order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you don't receive it within one hour of placing your order, there may be one of the following reasons:

  • Did the email end up in the SPAM folder of your email account?
  • Maybe the wrong email address was entered?

If none of the described cases apply, please contact our support (einzelhandel @luamaya.com ), it may be that the order was not completed successfully.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We can therefore guarantee fast delivery times. However, this makes it difficult for us to make subsequent changes. Please contact us and we'll try to see if this is still possible.

Do the products arrive packaged? Can I order them without packaging?

You will receive all our jewelry ready to sell in our beautiful jewelry boxes. Unfortunately, ordering jewelry without packaging is not possible.

Do you also offer presentation materials?

Currently, our selection of presentation materials is still limited. We're currently working on expanding this and making it available to you in our shop. If you're interested in our current versions, please feel free to contact us.

Payment options

How can I pay?

You can pay by invoice with Klarna, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, Paypal and Amazon Pay.

When do I have to pay?

The payment period for purchases on account with Klarna is 14 days from dispatch of the goods.





Can I order on commission?

Unfortunately, ordering on commission is not possible.

Is there territorial protection?

No, because we believe that our beautiful jewelry can be made available to as many customers as possible.

Can I also sell your products in my online shop?

Yes, you can. We even offer you the use of our shop photos and product descriptions. Just send us a message after your order, and we'll send you the information.

Is there a RRP?

Each dealer may set the final price of the You can freely choose your products. However, the majority of our prices are based on our RRPs, as we make every effort to determine the optimal price for each product through price testing. How can I redeem discount codes?

Enter the discount code in the designated field during checkout to redeem it.

You can reach the checkout when you go to the checkout from your shopping cart.

Can discount codes be combined?

Discount codes cannot be combined with one another. Cash payments are not possible.

If your discount code doesn't work, please make sure the code's validity period hasn't expired and the items in your shopping cart meet all the terms and conditions of the discount code. Please note that hair accessories, advent calendars, extender chains, jewelry organizers, and jute bags are excluded from all discount codes and promotions.

Returns and exchanges

How long is it possible to return/exchange products?

From the date of receipt of the goods, it is possible to return or exchange the goods within 30 days.

How can I return or exchange products?

Please attach a picture of the defective item to your email and, if possible, state the name, color, and size (for rings) of the item.

Return of sets

Fixed sets are offered at a discounted price and can therefore only be returned as a whole. This applies, for example, to our 4-piece hoop sets.

How does the statutory warranty apply?

All LUAMAYA jewelry comes with a two-year statutory warranty. This means that we guarantee that the jewelry sold is free from material and legal defects at the time of delivery.

Because we at LUAMAYA are convinced of our jewelry, we extend the statutory warranty and offer all our customers a One-year LUAMAYA warranty :
This guarantee covers the following defects in our stainless steel and sterling silver jewelry:
- Loose pearls & gemstones
- Defective closures
- Broken jewelry
In addition, we offer a one-year plating guarantee on our stainless steel jewelry.


Excluded The following points are covered by the LUAMAYA guarantee:
- Damage caused by everyday use such as falls, impacts or scratches
- Contamination and oxidation
- Plating of Sterling Silver jewelry
